Just before 22:00 hours, 27 OEM 2 requested the FD to respond to 17 Glendale to assist a motorist who attempted to drive through street flooding and their vehicle became stuck.

3 members of the HFD Swiftwater Team, Chief Dan Schuster, Captain Joe Solda III, and FF Mike Koons made their way through the water to assist the party. The incident was cleared with no injuries to civilians or members of the department.
